To simplify our return policy we have divided it by product. Please view the policy for the product you are interested in purchasing or have already purchased.
Happy Ears Discovery Pack:
We’re on a mission to rid the world of wasteful single use earplugs. For this reason we’ve created our Discovery Pack with a discounted price, free shipping and a money back guarantee. This offering is simple – It’s a no hassle money back guarantee. We want the opportunity to get you fitted! If the product does not fit or work for you, simply mail us at email@example.com (co not com). Our customer service will respond within 24 hours to manage your return. At this time there is no processing or admin fee for a return. The lone caveat is this guarantee is only offered on two opened Discovery Packs per order. For example, if you purchase four Discovery Packs and open all four packages, only two of the four will be eligible for the money back guarantee. We can’t allow someone to purchase 100 packages, throw a house party then come to us with a bogus refund for all 100 packages. We hope you understand :-). Of course you can return ANY unopened Discovery Pack for a full refund at any time. At present, there is no time limit to this policy. As long as our wonderful customers do not abuse this generous policy we’ll leave it as is.
Happy Ears Original Single Sizes (red, white & black packages):
Single sizes of Happy Ears Original are NOT eligible for the same money back guarantee as the Discovery Pack. We do NOT accept opened packages of Happy Ears on return. Once they are inserted into a person’s ears the product is useless to others. You can, however, return any unopened single size package of Happy Ears Original for a full refund. At present, there is no time limit to this policy. As long as our wonderful customers do not abuse this generous policy we’ll leave it as is.
Happy Ears Recycled:
Single size Recycled Packages are NOT refundable. We created Happy Ears Recycled for returning Happy Ears customers who know their size. Offering refunds would waste precious materials and double shipping requirements, which simply goes against the integrity of this eco-friendly product. Of course if the product is damaged, you know as a returning customer that our customer service team will take care of you. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (co not com). Including, in your mail, the country from which you ordered will expedite our response.
Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail store.
Happy Ears does NOT provide return postage with its orders. When returning any unopened package of Happy Ears please include your name and email inside of the package clearly legible and mail to:

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. We strive to offer the highest level of customer service possible, but there can be missed communication between Happy Ears and its local shipping partners when it comes to returns. If a couple weeks have passed and you see no refund please send us a quick mail and we will get you refunded within 24 hours. We apologize for this up-front as it does occasionally happen. If it happens to you, don’t stress – We ALWAYS take care of our customers.
