We spend almost a third of our life sleeping. Good quality sleep is essential for good health and well-being. However, lifestyle and environmental factors are increasingly causing difficulties in sleeping. Sleep disturbance is frequently considered the most serious consequence of environmental noise. We don’t want to freak you out, but below are a couple of ”side effects” from not getting your healthy sleep.

Psychological
- Lower performance
- Slowed reaction time
- Risk of depression
- Risk of anxiety disorder
Physical
- Poor immune system function
- High blood pressure
- Risk of heart disease
- Risk of diabetes
